भाइयों आप ने बहुत स्पीक एशिया का इंतजार किया और अब उस इंतजार की घडी अंतिम चरण मै चल रही है ! आप सभी को अपने धैर्य का फल मिलने का समय आ गया है ! आप इस बात को अभी इतने विश्वास से नहीं ले रहे जितना उस समय लोगे ! यकीन मन्ना ये मै कोई मजाक या आपके दिल से नहीं खेलना चाहता ये एक सत्य है ! जो अब पूरा होने जा रहा है बस चाँद घड़िया ही आपकी मंजिल के बीच मै है सिर्फ आपको उन चाँद घड़ियों को ही निकलना होगा और १००% अपने दिल मैं सकारात्मक सोच रखनी होगी क्युकी विज्ञानं ने भी ये साबित कर दिया है की आपके चारो तरफ सकारात्मक किरण होती है जो आपको आपकी सोच के अनुसार फल भी देती है जैसा सोचोगे स्रष्टि आपको वैसा ही फल और रूप देदेती है इसीलिए तो श्री मद्भागवत पूरण में भी भगवन श्री कृष्ण ने अर्जुन से यही बात तो कही थी ! हे आर्य अगर तुम सकारात्मक सोच से सोचते हो की तुम कौरवों से जीत चुके हो और कर्म को भी सोच के अनुकूल रखते हो तो तुम्हारी जीत पूर्ण रूप से संभव है ! रामायण मै भी बाल्मीकि जी ने भी यही वर्णन दिखाया है !! जा की रही भावना जैसी प्रभु मूरत देखि तिन तैसी !! यानि जिसकी भावना जैसी होती है स्रष्टि भी उसको ऐसा ही फल देती है ! लेकिन इस बातों को आप एक पुराणी कथा न समझे विज्ञानं ने भी ये साबित कर दिया है की ब्रहमांड मै कोई ऐसी शक्ति है जो हमारी दिमाग के विचारो से जुडी है ! और उस पर बहुत बड़ा शोध भी किया और पता लगा जब हम कोई सकारात्मक विचार सोचते है तब स्रष्टि भी हमारे साथ ऐसा ही करती है यानि हमारे साथ अच्छा ही होना शुरू होता है ! कभी कभी अपलोगो ने देखा होगा अप्कोई काम करने जाते है और ऊसकी कल्पना पहले ही कर लेते है की ये काम शायद होगा नहीं तो वाद मै ऐसा ही होता है ! क्यों पता है क्युकी तुम उस समय उसको अस्तित्व मै दल रहे थे और तुमने जैसा सोचा उसका परिणाम वही मिला अब यहाँ बात स्पीक एशिया पर अति है तो अगर आज स्पीक एशिया जीवित है तो सिर्फ लगभग सभी लोगो को सोच से है लेकिन कुछ लोग जो नकारात्मक विचार रखते है उनकी वजह से स्पीक एशिया को भी उसके कार्य मै कही न कही हनन हूया क्युकी उस समय नकारात्मक प्रकार के लोग स्पीक एशिया को नकारात्मक किरण से पर्पग्य करा रहे थे लेकिन जो सकारात्मक विचार वाले लोग उसे जगह जगह पर शक्ति यानि विचारो की शक्ति दे रहे थे ! तो भाइयो ये कोई मै आपको कहानी नहीं सुना रहा था और ये भी बताना चाहता हूँ ये एक अटल सत्य है जो की सभी जो कामयाबी के शिखर पर पहुचे उके पर ये ही सोच थी ये ही रहस्य था जिसके कारन वो कामयाबी को परत करने मै सक्षम रहे ! तो आप सभी भाइयों से मै यही अनुरोध करता हूँ की अपनी जीवन की डिक्सनरी मै से नकारात्मक नाम का पन्ना फाड़ दो और अब सिर्फ हिम्मत , सहस , धेर्य और अपने सकारात्मक विचारों के साथ अपने आपको देखो मै वडा करता हूँ की तुम्हारी मंजिल तुम्हारी मुट्ठी मै होगी १००% बस भाइयों इस रहस्य को मै आप लोगो को शेयर करना चाहता था और आज मैंने कर दिया और आप भी अपने लोगो को शेयर करे जिससे हम स्पीक एशिया को एक पोजिटिव एनेर्जी दे सके ! आज से अपने जीवन को ऐसे जीओ जैसे चारो ओर तुम्हारी ख़ुशी तुम्हे बुला रही है और पूरी दुनिया तुम्हे प्यार कर रही है ऐसी सोच के साथ अपने हर दिन की शुरू आत करो निशिचित जीवन मै सफलताये आपके आती रहेंगे ………………………………..जय स्पीक एशिया                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  .                                   24 Sept – AISPA – Mr. Ashok’s Update                                                                             Good Evening Speakasians,

सबसे पहले मैं तहे दिल से सभी पैनलइस्ट्स का शुक्रिया अदा करता हूँ जिन्होंने इस दुखद पल में मुझसे सहानुभूति प्रकट की.

मैं और मेरा परिवार हर एक को व्यक्तिगत रूप से धन्यवाद देता है, हम आपका प्यार और आपकी चिंता को स्वीकार करते हैं.

यह खबर कि कंपनी के अधिकारियों ने एक अधिकृत ई मेल (corcom@speakasiamarketing.com) स्थापित किया है , सिर्फ और सिर्फ पैनलइस्ट्स के प्रश्नों का जवाब देने के लिए, बहुत अच्छी तरह से panelist परिवार ने स्वीकार किया है . मैं सभी पैनलइस्ट्स से आग्रह करता हूं कि इस महत्वपूर्ण मंच का उपयोग वास्तविक चिंताओं को व्यक्त करने और महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नों के लिए करें, नाकि भुगतान कब शुरू होगा या वेबसाइट कब कार्यरत होगी , आदि जैसे सवालों के साथ ई मेल की बाढ़ न हो.

मैं एक बार फिर से दोहराऊँगा कि ऐसे मामलों के लिए एक समय सीमा नहीं दे सकते खासकर जब यह मामला न्यायाधीन हो. कंपनी सभी दिशा में कदम बढ़ा रही है समस्या का त्वरित समाधान पाने के लिए और कंपनी की गतिविधियों को तेजी से सामान्य करने के लिए.

हम सभी ने १९ सितंबर २०११ को कंपनी के आधिकारिक ब्लॉगस्पॉट पर दिए गए प्रेस नोट को पढ़ा , कि कैसे आर बी आई कि बहुप्रतीक्षित बैठक संपन्न हुई और कैसे उच्च स्थारिय समिति ने कंपनी के प्रतिनिधियों को एक धैर्य पूर्वक सुनवाई दी. यह छोटे कदम हैं, लेकिन महान कार्य सिद्धि हमेशा से छोटे कदमों के साथ शुरू किये गए हैं, क्या हमें नील आर्मस्ट्रांग (चाँद पर पहला आदमी) के प्रसिद्द शब्द याद नहीं,

“यह मानव के लिए एक छोटा सा कदम है, मानवता के लिए एक विशाल छलांग है.”

भारत में हम हमेशा दैवी हस्तक्षेप क़ी ओर देखते हैं और पूजा और हवन द्वारा प्रभु सर्वशक्तिमान को आशीर्वाद देने के लिए आह्वान करते हैं.. मथुरा से पैनलइस्ट्स ने मुझे यह मेल भेजा है जो आत्म व्याख्यात्मक है:

Today We Get a News That Mr. Tarak Bajpai and Mr. Rajiv Mehrotra Both have Filed a Case on EOW Mumbai on 12th of September 2011 Which was having Hearing in Court on 13th of September and 20th of September 2011 after 2 Hearing Case has been Disposed Due to withdrawn From Mr. Tarak and Rajiv.

यह प्रकरण मुम्बई की सिटी सिविल कोर्ट (क्रिमिनल) में दिनांक 12 सितम्बर को फाइल किया गया था। माननीय अतिरिक्त सेशन न्यायालय प्रथम श्रेणी ने 13 सितम्बर को पहली सुनवाई की एवं 20 सितम्बर को आवेदक तारक वाजपेयी द्वारा ईओडब्ल्यू का विरोध नहीं करने के कारण प्रकरण को समाप्त कर दिया गया।

Every one now better knows that , the things are going systematically , Investigation agencies are submitted their report after investigate this co. with every angle, and prove nothing against Speak Asia . and now RBI invited officials to learn about the business module of co.

We all knows why things are getting late, but out of this ,we only want “ANDAR KI KHABAR” and updates.

Guys , some things are need to review ……..

1. EOW has to submit there reports very soon , as per the direction of HC
2. RBI has 2 weeks , but they can put report any day under two weeks and it’s not need to worry about.
3. EOW can’t hand over site , before HC Judgment. It’s Technical term.
4. Exit option is a positive sign and indicates that ,EOW and Court are positive about panelist payments.
5. The communication between Panelist and management is still alive and they are requested us to bear with them.
6. Management lawyers and other officials are active to resolve the things , things are going in back ground and every news can’t be published at FACEBOOK.
7. Now , HC, SC , and Agencies are involved in this case and any how the things will clear very soon, we are not alone,,,so please keep calm any day you may hear a good news.

And out of all this ,when the things are going systematically not need to do such things which is against the system and the management.

We all know of the sad demise of Mr. Bahirwani’s mother and I pray that her soul rests in peace. I also request everybody to please do not call him until Saturday i.e. after the chautha ceremony of his mother.


We were all greeted with the good news from the company through the official blog spot www.speakasiaonlinemarketing.blogspot.com. It was good to know that the RBI has eventually given SAOL the opportunity to present to them the Speakasia business module. I am 100% sure that when the company officials return before the RBI within two weeks the RBI will have no problem in clearing the company business model.


There was the Association PIL which was scheduled today in the Mumbai High Court.


As there was a new bench due to the elevation of Hon. Ms. Ranjana Desai to the Supreme Court the court seemed to want some time to understand the case which is a good sign and shows that the Hon. Judge wants to give us a square chance to explain our case. Due to the upcoming Puja Holidays the case is now adjourned to 12th October, 2011 which again is a good date as it will now be heard after the Supreme Court matter which is slated for 10th October, 2011.


All panelists have to understand and realize that in such a surcharged atmosphere even the matter not going against us is a positive sign.

What is going to happen today in the Mumbai High Court? Below is the message take from Mr. Ashok Bahirwani’s Update of 17th Sept.

Panelists across the country are now pinning their hopes on 21st September, 2011 which is the next date of the Association’s PIL in the Mumbai High Court, and they ask me what will happen in the hearing on the 21st.

Let me make it clear to all the panelists, that the matter is not in any way posted for any hearing, the matter is posted on 21st for the respondents i.e. the Govt. of Maharashtra, RBI, The Union Of India and SAOL to file their reply. Considering that they indeed file their reply on the 21st then we will have to file our rejoinder (our reply to their reply). Having said this, our counsels will surely try to press once again, and pray before the Hon. High court, that

‘Ad Interim relief’

be given to the petitioners meaning the Association, by safeguarding the payouts due to the panelists.

In the earlier Criminal PIL against the Govt. of Maharashtra, the EOW has been asked to file their affidavit detailing the preparedness of the state in preventing cyber crime. Besides this, the EOW has to submit their report on the meeting with the Addl. Commissioner (Crime), with the forensic expert who had preferred an intervening application on the last date.

In both the matters there are no arguments expected.

Save and except the prayer of the Associations counsel no other move is expected in the Associations PIL.

I hope you are all aware that in the Writ in the Supreme Court the respondents are to file their reply before the 24th September, 2011 and the                     

actual hearing is scheduled for the 10th October, 2011.

Post the order from the honorable Mumbai High Court the Reserve Bank of India granted an audience to the representatives of Speak Asia. The representatives were met by a panel of six top officials of RBI who them a patient hearing. The meeting was held in a cordial environment were the officials had some queries on the presentation made.

Commenting on the occasion Speak Asia spokesperson said ” We are extremely pleased with the approach and positive attitude of RBI. This is a great opportunity for us to present our business model to RBI. We believe that this is a great step to facilitate the payments due to our family of over 12 lac panelists”.

The RBI has now given the company two weeks to come back will the answers to their enquires.

Since the 7th September, 2011 the updates have been very irregular as I have been shunting between Mahim (where I stay) and Mira Road (40 Kms away) where my mother is in the hospital in a critical condition, there is a chance that we may lose her any time now, and if that happens I may not be able to update you, at least for the next three to four days.

Yesterday i.e. 19th September saw the start of a PR exercise by your Association and we addressed a press conference at the Press Club of Mumbai.

I was pleasantly surprised at the huge turnout of the panelists and I estimate that there were almost 1000 panelists outside the Press Club. This also created problems of its own, the area around the Press Club is a sensitive area and we did not want to create a law and order situation so I requested the panelists to disburse from there and to assemble outside the EOW. The panelists most graciously agreed to disburse peacefully.

I think we were successful in putting before the media the view point of the panelists and our concerns arising out of the harassment being meted out to some panelist’s viz. Mr. Dipankar Sarkar, Mr. Vikas Chandodkar and Mr. Ramesh Bachau.

The Association and indeed the entire family of Speakasians are aghast at this change in the stand of the EOW. From being the victims who were being protected we are now victims who are being victimized. Our protectors on whom we had utmost faith have now turned into tormentors.

This current action by the Mumbai Police has left us threatened. We are now scared that this victimization of the victims will percolate into arrest of many more of us.

As you have seen the conference video by now or soon will, you will realize that the media was receptive to our submissions and we hope that they will publish our viewpoint before the readers and viewers.

After the conference we shifted to the EOW and proceeded to submit our memorandum to the Joint commissioner of Police (Crime) Mr. Rajvardhanji. The Commissioner met us for a brief moment as he had to go for a meeting he could not give us a long hearing. We submitted the Memorandum to his office under acknowledgment.

As you must have heard from the various videos uploaded our pleas are quite simple and I list them down as follows:

1. Allow the company, to make payments due to the panelists. The Company is on record and has been repeatedly pleading before RBI and other agencies to be allowed to pay the panelists.
2. Complete the investigation in a set time frame.
3. Pending such investigation the company should be allowed to restart operations thereby ensuring continuous earnings to all panelists.
4. The Mumbai Police more specifically the EOW stops the arrest of the panelists. The panelists have no role in the running of the company or its management.

What amuses me no end is that the basic principal of natural justice is that everybody is to be treated as innocent until proved guilty?

In the case of SAOL the media and all the authorities have already pronounced SAOL to be guilty without even the first charge sheet having been filed. This is

CONTEMPT

आज Association की तरफ से जो PR ( Public Relation ) का शरुआत हुआ Press Conference Press Club में रखा गया बहुत सारे लोग वहा पहुचे े सबसे पहले तो में ं सबको Sorry बोलना चाहता हूँ की इतनी जगह नहीं थी की हम सबको अंदर accommodate कर सकते औ े मेरी request पर आप वहीं जमा नहीं रहो की वोह बहुत sensitive area हैं आप सब लोगो ने thank u की लोग वहीं से हट गए और EOW Office ke बहार आये .

अंदर Press conference तो बहुत अछा हुआ मेरे हिसाब से तो बहुत बेहतरीन हुआ . Press बहुत pespertive ( आतुर ) था अपने view point को सुनने के लिए . जैसे हमने पहले कंपनी Press Conference में देखा ( Speak Asia Press Conference Mumbai 16 May 2011 ) के woh ( Press wale ) against जा रहे थे वैसा कोई मोहल नहीं था क्युंकी उनके समझ में आ गया की येः panelist लोगो का Press conference हैं . हम 15 लाख Speak Asians जो एक इंडियन सिटिज़न्स हैं वोह अपने परशानी बताने के लिए सामने आये हैं और press conference रखी हैं .

हमने उनसे ( Press ) यही कहा की हम क्या कहते हैं ?

हम ( Speak Asian Panelist ) येः चाहते हैं सबसे पहले येः जो Speak Asian Panelist को EOW कहता था की वोह हमारी सुरक्शा करने के लीये हैं की अगर हम protection के लीये हैं तो phir हम ( Speak Asian Panelist ) को हमारे को परेशान क्यों किया गया हमे क्यों अर्रेस्ट किया गया मैंने उद्धरण दिया Deepankar Sarkar का के वोह एक पनेलिस्ट हैं पिछले डेढ़ महीनो से वोह अलग – अलग जेलों में जा रहा हैं .. उसका क्या कसूर हैं .उसे बार बार अर्रेस्ट किया गया हैं .

फीर मैंने उद्धरण दिया Vilas जो नासिक से Arrest हुआ हैं और bachu जो रायगढ़ से arrest हुआ है येः भी sirf panelist हैं .

Panelist लोगो को Arrest करने से क्या मतलब हैं .

अब मैंने दूसरी उनसे येः बात की हम येः चाहते हैं हमारा जो पूरा परीवार जो speak asia कीं कमाई के ऊपर दरोमरदार था हम लोगो कें घर के चूले बंद हो गए हैं हमे तुरंत पैसा दिलाने का जरिया निकालना चाहिए कयोंकी कंपनी पैसा देना चहा रही हैं ..तो आप हमे क्यों पैसा नहीं दिला रहे और हमे पैसे तो चाहिए प़र उसे ज्यादा जरुरी हैं की हमारा कारोबार वापिस चालू होना चाहिए

हमारे 4,000 Rs महिना जो चाहते हैं वो भी महीने आइये वो भी चालू हो ..

मैं सिर्फ एक चीज़ कह रहा हूँ और मैंने पहले भी बहुत बार कहे चूका होऊं की जब भी कोई मसला कानूनी करवाए के अंदर होता हैं उसका कोई निश्चित समय सीमा नहीं दे सकते .

• सर्वेक्षण कब शुरू होगा?
• भुगतान कब शुरू होगा?
• कब बाहर निकलें विकल्प भुगतान शुरू होगा?


मैं उनकी व्याकुलता और चिंताओं का जवाब देने का प्रयास:करता हूँ.


कोई भी ऐसी बातों के लिए एक समय सीमा नहीं दे सकते है खासकर जब यह मामला न्यायाधीन है..

कंपनी की वेबसाइट EOW की हिरासत में है और वे मामले की जांच कर रहे हैं. जैसे ही EOW की जांच पूरी होती है कंपनी की वेबसाइट लौटा दी जाएगी.


वेबसाइट की वापसी के बाद ही वेबसाइट पुनरारंभ होगी , सर्वेक्षण सहित हमारी जेब और आरपी देख पायेंगे, तब तक हमें धैर्य से और एकजुट रहना होगा..


कंपनी का कहना है कि इस चरण में वे बाहर “निकलें विकल्प” चुनने में रुचि रखने वाले पनेलिस्ट्स की जानकारी एकत्रित कर रहे हैं. साथ ही भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से अनुमति मांगेगी,भुगतान को प्रभावित करने के लिए . कंपनी ने आगे स्पष्ट किया है कि वे भी विचार कर रहे हैं कि नामित अदालतों, या किसी सक्षम प्राधिकारी के साथ पैसे जमा करें ताकि पनेलिस्ट्स को भुगतान कि राशि संवितरण हो.


याद रखने लायक बात यही है कि कंपनी जी तोड़ कर अधिकारीयों से लढ़ रही है.


जरूरी है हमें धैर्य रखने क़ी और कंपनी पर भरोसा रखने की.


माफ कीजिये , कोई समय रेखा निश्चित नहीं की जा सकती है, लेकिन आश्वासन दिया जा सकता है कि कंपनी को समय बर्बाद किये बिना, जल्द से जल्द इस समस्या को हल करने की उम्मीद है.


तथ्य यह है, कि कंपनी हवा में गायब नहीं हुई है, इसके विपरीत , बेहेतरीन कानूनी कंपनियों को नियुक्त किया है अदालतों में अपने मामले का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए, और हम सभी को आश्वस्त रहना चाहिए.


देश भर के पनेलिस्ट्स , अब अपनी उम्मीद लगाए रखें है, २१ सितंबर, २०११ पर , जो मुंबई उच्च न्यायालय में एसोसिएशन की जनहित याचिका की अगली तारीख है. , और वे मुझसे पूछते हैं क्या होगा २१ की सुनवाई में .


मुझे यह सभी पैनलइस्ट्स को स्पष्ट करना है, कि मामला किसी भी हालत में सुनवाई के लिए तैनात नहीं है, बात उत्तरदाताओं यानी के महाराष्ट्र सरकार ,RBI भारत सरकार और SAOL को अपने अपने अपने जवाब दाखिल करने के लिएहै.. वे वास्तव में २१ पर अपने जवाब दाखिल करेंगे, तो हमें हमारा प्रत्योतर (हमारे अपने उत्तर के लिए उत्तर) दाखिल करना होगा. हमारे सलाहगार निश्चित रूप से एक बार फिर कोशिश करेंगे, और माननीय. उच्च न्यायालय, से याचिकाकर्ताओं यानी एसोसिएशन के लिए अंतरिम राहत की प्रार्थना करेंगे ताकि पनेलिस्ट्स की भुगतान राशि सुरक्षित रहे.


सरकार के खिलाफ आपराधिक जनहित याचिका में. महाराष्ट्र के EOW से उनके साइबर अपराध को रोकने में राज्य की तैयारियों का ब्यौरा हलफनामा में दायर करने के लिए कहा गया है. इस के अलावा, EOW को अतिरिक्त आयुक्त (अपराध) , और फोरेंसिक विशेषज्ञ (जिन्होंने अंतिम तिथि पर हस्तक्षेप आवेदन दाखिल किया था) के बीच जो बैठक हुई थी उस पर अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करनी है.


दोनों मामलों में तर्क की कोई उम्मीद नहीं कर रहे हैं.


एसोसिएशन के वकील की प्रार्थना को छोड़कर कोई अन्य कदम की एसोसिएशन की जनहित याचिका में उम्मीद नहीं है.


मुझे आशा है कि आप सभी जानते हैं कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट में रिट में उत्तरदाताओं 24 सितंबर, 2011 से पहले अपने जवाब दाखिल कर रहे हैं और वास्तविक सुनवाई 10 अक्टूबर, 2011 के लिए निर्धारित है.


कल यानी १६ वीं सितंबर, २०११ , दिल्ली में जिन पैनलइस्ट्स ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में रिट याचिका दायर की है, उन्होंने एक प्रेस सम्मेलन आयोजित किया था, और रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, यह प्रेस के साथ एक सकारात्मक बातचीत थी , और वे पैनलइस्ट्स के दृष्टिकोण.को प्रेस के सामने लाने में कामयाब हुए.


आपका एसोसिएशन भी सोमवार, यानी की १९ वीं सितंबर २०११ को एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन का आयोजन मुंबई प्रेस क्लब, मुंबई, में कर रहा है, जहाँ हमें मीडिया के सामने पैनलइस्ट्स का दृष्टिकोण सामने लाने की उम्मीद है.


हम सभी आशा और प्रार्थना करते hain कि २० लाख पनेलिस्तिस्ट्स नागरिकों का दृष्टिकोण वास्तव में जन समुदाय के सामने किसी भी तरह के द्वेष के बिना और एक निष्पक्ष तरीके से रखा जाए.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM (KERLA)


The State Cabinet approved on Wednesday September 7, 2011 the recommendations of the committee headed by Chief Secretary P. Prabakaran on direct selling, specifying guidelines for the sellers.


Chief Minister Oommen Chandy told the media after a Cabinet meeting that direct selling companies which abided the law and did not cheat or fleece customers would be allowed to function. They should not function like money chains or resort to tax evasion. Compulsory subscription or insurance would not be permitted at any stage.


The Chief Minister said the offices of multi-level marketing companies closed following police action could reopen if they functioned according to the guidelines, which would be communicated to the police immediately. Cases against them would be withdrawn if their operations were within the parameters of the guidelines. Otherwise, they should change their mode of operation before restarting sales.


An official release said the guidelines specified that the consumer should have the right to get refunds if products found unsatisfactory were returned within 30 days. No product should be forced upon the sellers by the company and no membership fee collected.


Commissions paid to direct sellers should be in tune with the quantity sold. The consumer should get an opportunity to examine samples before buying. Companies would be required to provide full information on their products and sellers. Salesmen should have identity cards issued by a government agency and should take advance permission for selling in various areas. They should issue clear records of the sales to the customer.


Companies should be authorised to do business in India and should file all mandatory returns. They should have trademarks or licences.           NEW DELHI: A group of panelists of Singapore- based multi-level marketing company Speak Asia, which has been accused of duping investors, has approached the Supreme Court for recovering their money from the firm. 

Around 115 investors, who had put their money in the firm, have filed a petition before the apex court in this regard. 

"After hearing our petition, the Supreme Court has issued notices to Finance Ministry, Reserve Bank of India, Speak Asia and Haren Ventures to reply in two weeks," Rajeev Ranjan Raj, the advocate representing the investors, told reporters today. 

The Singapore-based marketing company, which is not incorporated in India, has been accused of duping investors across the country to the tune of Rs 1,300 crore within a period of about one year. 

Speak Asia had reportedly enrolled 1.2 million members, which are called panelists. 

Following allegations of fraud by investors, Economic Offences Wing (EoW) has seized around Rs 150 crore from distributors and sub-distributors of the firm along with some other assets. ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~           स्पीक एशिया  एक ऐसा नाम जो की आज देश - विदेश में एक चर्चित नाम बन चुका है  अभी क्लाइमेक्स के अंतिम दौर में पहुँच चुका है ,इ ओ डब्लू की जांच प्रकिरिया  अंतिम चरण में पहुँच चुकी है ,अभी तक की सारी स्थिति को  देखते  हुए और प्रबंधन से मिले अपडेट के अनुसार  मुझे ये   कहने में काफी ख़ुशी महसूस  हो रही है की हम अपनी जंग जीत चुके हैं और बहुत ही जल्दी एक नए अध्ध्याय की शुरुआत करने जा रहे हैं ,सारी बातें बताना अभी बताना संभव नहीं है क्यों की एक तो अभी सारी बातें बताई नहीं जा रही है और उन्हें खोलना  भी  कम्पनी के हित में नहीं होगा ! लेकिन एक बात जरूर आप लोगों से शेयर करना चाहूँगा की की हम ये जंग जीत जरूर चुके हैं  बहुत जल्दी ये सारी बातें सबूत के साथ आपके सामने होंगी कम्पनी के सारे कांटे   एक-एक कर   साफ़ होते जा रहे हैं !!एक खास बात  आप लोगों के लिए अधिकतम एक सप्ताह के अन्दर ही कम्पनी की साईट भी शुरू हो जाने  की उम्मीद  है , सर्वे  शुरू हो जायेंगे  और सारे आप्शन भी   खुलने लगेंगे !दीपावली से बहुत पहले हम दीपावली मनाएंगे इस बात की मुझे पूरी उम्मीद है  !!!!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       ~~  ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~~ ~                                 ~~ ~~  update bahirwani ji 15/09/2011  ~~ ~~                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              गुड इवनिंग स्पीक एसियंस                                                                                                                       स्पीक एसियंस के  इस  अभिमानी  पारिवार  पर  मेरे  आश्चर्य  की  कोई  सीमा  नहीं  है .हर  दिन  मेरा  परिचय  होता   है  इस  परिवार  की  प्रतिरोधक्क्षमता पर , पनेलिस्ट्स  की  एकजुटता  और   कंपनी  के  लिए  पूर्ण  एकता  पर ,जो  मेरे  अस्तित्व  के  ५१  सालों  में  मैंने  कहीं  नहीं  देखा .

एक  छोटा  सा  उदाहरण  है  , बंगलोर से  प्राप्त  हुआ  एक  मेल  ,और  मै उसे ज्यों का त्यों बयां     करता  हूँ उसमें लिखा हुआ था :- स्पीक एशिया   में  शामिल  होने  से  पहले  मेरा  जीवन  संघर्षों     से  भरा   था   और  मेरी  चारों ओर भागदौड़  मची  रहती  थी  अपना  गुज़ारा  करने  के  लिए .. मेरे  परिवार  की  समृद्धि  तीन  बार  भोजन  करने  में  थी . लेकिन  आज  मेरे  बैंक  में  शेष  राशि  करीबन  १८,00,००० /-  है  और  मैं  इसे   इस्पा  को  दान  करना  चाहता  हूँ . मुझे   बताएं की  यह  दान कैसे  दूं .’ 

 मैंने  जवाब  दिया , “बस  भाई  रुलायेंगे  क्या ”. मैंने  उसके  उदार  प्रस्ताव   को  अस्वीकृत  कर  दिया  और  उसको     , उसके  गुजरे  हुए  पिछले  दिनों  की  याद   दिलाते  हुए  मैंने  उसे  सलाह  दी  की  उसे  अपने  पैसे  सावधानी  से  रखने  चाहिए  और  अपने  छोटे  बच्चे  के  भविष्य  के  लिए  निवेश  करना  चाहिए ., हालांकि  उसके  प्रस्ताव  की  बखूबी  सराहना  की  गयी  है  !!
एसोसिएसन     ने    अपनी   स्थापना   के  बाद  पहली  बार  आर्थिक  मदद  के  लिए  कुछ  पनेलिस्ट्स  से  एक   विनम्र   अनुरोध  किया  है  और   उसकी  प्रतिक्रिया  ने   मुझे  आश्चर्य  चकित  किया . सभी  जगहों  से  मदद   करने  के  लिए  फ़ोन  काल्स  की  जैसे  बाढ़  सी  आ  गयी . मुझे  आश्चर्य   हुआ    स्पीक एसियंस   के  विश्वास  और  उदारता  पर  जिन्हें  पिछले  ४  महीनो  में  एक  भी  पैसे  प्राप्त  नहीं  हुआ  है !
एसोसिएसन  ने  दो प्रमुख  प्रस्तावों  के  लिए  धन  के  लिए  विनंती  की  थी  यानी   अ ) इस्पा  वेबसाइट  के  विकास  के  लिए  और  (बी )  आगामी  जन  संपर्क   अभियान  .  हर  एक  योगदान  को बाकायदा  मुहर लगी   रसीद           दी        जाएगी    और  , हर    तिमाही  में aispa.co.in की  वेबसाइट  पर  खातों   का  पूरा   ब्यौरा  ज़ारी   किया   जायेगा !

हाल  ही  में  शुरू  किये  गए  बाहर  निकलने  के  विकल्प  से  पनेलिस्ट्स  के  बीच  कई  प्रश्न  उठाये  गए  हैं . आज  मैं  उनके  सवालों  का  जवाब  देने  का  प्रयास  करता  हूँ .
       प्रश्न   :  कब  हमें  भुगतान  प्राप्त  होगा  अगर  हम  बाहर  निकलने  का  आवेदन  करें ?                                                                                                                   उत्तर: कंपनी  का  कहना  है  की  वे  इस  चरण  में  हैं  जिसमे  वह उन  पनेलिस्ट्स  की  जानकारी  ( डाटा ) एकत्रित  कर  रहे  है  जो  बाहर  निकलने  के  विकल्प  को  चुनने  में  रूचि  रखते  हैं . कंपनी  आर बी आई  से  अनुमति  मांगेगी , एक  साथ  स्थानांतरण  प्रभावित  करने  के  लिए .कंपनी  ने  आगे  स्पष्ट  किया  है  की  वे  नामांकित  अदालतों  या  अन्य  सक्षम  अधिकारी  के  पास , आगे  सवितरण  के  लिए  , पैसे  जमा  करने  के  विकल्प  पर  विचार  कर  रहे  हैं . यहाँ  कंपनी  के   संकल्प  को  दोहराते  है  की  वे  सुनिश्चित  सभी  पनेलिस्ट्स  के  भुगतान  को  सर्वोच्च  प्राथमिकता  पर  करना  चाहते  हैं!                                                                                   प्रश्न:  मैंने  बाहर  निकलने  का  आवेदन  भर  दिया  है . मुझे  कोई  भी  पुष्टिकरण  ईमेल  नहीं  मिला  है ?                                                                         उत्तर : हम  सभी  जानते  हैं  की  कंपनी  की   मूल  वेबसाइट ,   www.speakasiaonline.com जिस  पर  पूरे  स्पेअकसिया  पनेलिस्ट्स  की  जानकारी  है , EOW के  पास  में  है  और  उनके  द्वारा   जांच   की  जा  रही  है . जैसे  ही  वेबसाइट  कंपनी  को  सौंप  दी  जायेगी , कंपनी  के  अधिकारी  बाहर  निकलने  के  आवेदन  को  जांचेंगे  और  जांच  प्रमाणित  होने  के  बाद  पनेलिस्ट्स  को  ईमेल   भेजा  जाएगा !
 प्रश्न :  पनेलिस्ट  ने  कंपनी  की  गतिविधियों  में  भाग  लिया  है  और  RP सदस्यता  की  लागत  से  अधिक   अर्जित  हैं  लेकिन  भुगतान  कोई  भी  RP का  नहीं  किया  गया   है . यदि  मैं  अब  बाहर  निकलना  चाहता  हूँ तो , क्या  मुझे  मेरे  पूरे  सदस्यता  की  लागत  वापस  मिलेगी ?                                   उत्तर : हाँ , उसे  पूरी  लागत  की  वापासी  मिलेगी . लागत   की  वापसी      शेष  बचे  RP पर  निर्भर  नहीं  है . वापसी  की  नीति काफी  स्पष्ट  है . वापसी  निम्नलिखित  तरीके  से  की  जायेगी :- सदस्यता  की  कुल  लागत = Rs. १००००  (याद  रखिये  Rs. १०००  पंजीकरण  लागत  है ) –कम  कुल  राशि  अर्जित  और  भुगतान  की .
 प्रश्न :   बाहर  निकलने  के  विकल्प  में  सभी  क्षेत्र  भरने  के  बाद  मैंने  नीचे  की  पंक्ति  “जारी  रखें ” दबाया . आगे  कोई  निरंतरता  नहीं .स्वीकृति  मे नहीं  प्राप्त  हुआ ?                                                                                               उत्तर: मेरी  जानकारी  के  अनुसार  जैसे  ही  बाहर  निकलने  के  आवेदन  पृष्ठ  के  नीचे ,आप  जारी  रखें  के  बटन  को  दबाते  हैं ,आपको  एक  पुष्टिकरण  सन्देश  तुरंत  मिलता  है  की  आपका  आवेदन  प्राप्त  हुआ  है . हमें  सराहना  करनी  चाहिए  की  वेबसाइट  अब  भी  EOW के  पास  है , कंपनी   के  अधिकारी  कोई  भी  जानकारी  को  सत्यापित  करने  में  असमर्थ  हैं  और  वे  अब  सिर्फ  जानकारी  एकत्रित   कर  रहें  हैं . मुझे  यकीन  है  , की  वेबसाइट  कंपनी  को  सौंप  दी  जाने    पर  वे  विवरण  की  पुष्टि  करेंगे . पृष्ठ  के  अंत  में  “जारी  रखें  “ बटन  को  “प्रस्तुत  करें ” में  संशोधित  किया  जा  सकता  है .
मैं  सभी  पनेलिस्ट्स  को  याद  दिलाना  चाहूँगा  के  कंपनी , गंभीरता  से  अपना  कार्य  सामान्य  करने  के  लिए सभी  संभव   रास्तों  का  जांच  कर  रही  है  और  सुनिश्चित  कर  रही  है  की  पनेलिस्ट्स  का  भुगतान  बिना   कोई  विलम्ब  के  , तुरंत  दिया  जाए .
पनेलिस्ट्स  को  याद  रखना  चाहिए  के  स्पेअकसिया  के  इस  व्यापार  प्रणाली  से  कई  लोगों  का  जीवन  परिवर्तित   हुआ  है  और  सैकड़ों  पनेलिस्ट्स  का  जीवन  स्थर  बदल  चूका   है
